Chef Jeff Minnich
The Washington Post included Chef Minnich on their “Fifty Best” list, for his culinary work with C.F. Folks in Washington DC—an honor reflecting the raw talent and discipline of a self-trained chef. Jeff began his career working as a sauté cook at Holiday Inn, and gathered industry knowledge by taking jobs that surrounded him with professionals he would learn from. After spending 15 years working in DC, Jeff relocated to the Shenandoah Valley, bringing us delicious and creative meals as the Executive Chef of Clementine. A diner can easily recognize his dishes full of color and comfort—the hallmark of this artist.
