ROMANIAN

appetizer - Mici – traditional caseless spicy sausage*, served with house-made mustard and grilled bread brushed with sunflower oil

entree - Pomana Porcului Cu Bere - confit pulled pork* with beer* sauce, polenta* cake and herb roasted baby carrots

*Chef Beau Floyd works with these partners and producers to source local ingredients; Edgewood Farm eggs, J & L Green Farm pork, MainStreet Farmstead dairy, Pale Fire Brewing Co. beer, Shenandoah Valley Organic chicken, Seven Hill’s beef and Wade’s Mill cornmeal.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Valid ID is required for purchase of alcoholic beverages. There is no minimum age requirement, however, the 3-course menu is all we will be serving on Thursday, February 14th (no children's menu).

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking is available in the Bruce Street/Water Street parking deck and in the Municipal lot next to the Farmer’s Market. Additionally, the JMU Ice House Lot on West Bruce Street is open to the public on evenings and weekends.
